Terms of Service

The short version: be over 18, play with money you can afford to lose, don't try to cheat, and we'll all get along.

1. The basics

These terms cover everything that happens between you and Giveaways. The moment you sign up, top up a balance, or open a box, you're saying you've read this and you're on board. If something here doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the site — close your account and we'll be sad to see you go, but it's better than going in unhappy.

We may update these terms when the site changes or the law changes. If anything important shifts, we'll email you and post a notice on the site at least a week before it kicks in. Smaller wording fixes happen quietly.

2. Who can use the site

You need to be at least 18 years old — or older, if where you live sets a higher age for this kind of entertainment. We take this seriously. If we find out an account belongs to someone under age, we close it on the spot.

Whether the site is legal where you live is on you to figure out. Some countries don't allow this kind of thing, and we may block access from certain places without notice.

One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to chase rewards or dodge limits will get all of them shut down and the balances voided. Don't share your login with anyone — if someone else opens a box on your account, the prize is still yours and the bill is still yours.

3. Your account

3.1 Signing up

Use a real email, a password you don't reuse anywhere else, and keep your details up to date. If we ask you to confirm something (usually email or the wallet you deposited from), please do — it's how we keep accounts from being hijacked.

3.2 Keeping it safe

Whatever happens on your account, happens under your name. Pick a strong password, don't paste it into sketchy sites, and turn on two-factor auth when we offer it. If you notice something off — a login you didn't make, a withdrawal you didn't ask for — write to support immediately so we can lock things down.

3.3 Closing your account

You can close your account any time by messaging support. Whatever balance is left goes back to you through the same method you deposited with, wherever that's possible. If an account sits unused for a long time, we may close it on our side.

4. Deposits

You can fund your balance with major cards or with crypto (BTC and others, depending on what we support at the moment). The money has to come from your own wallet or card. Third-party deposits — paying for a friend, or letting a friend pay for you — are not allowed and will be sent back to where they came from.

Crypto deposits credit as soon as the network confirms the transaction. Card deposits go through right away in normal conditions. Sometimes a payment provider takes longer than usual; we can't do much about that, but we'll help you trace it if it gets stuck.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits show up on the deposit page. You can also set personal limits in your account — lowering them takes effect right away, raising them takes a short cool-off period so the decision isn't made in the heat of the moment.

5. Withdrawals

You can cash out your balance at any time, normally to the same method you used to deposit. Crypto withdrawals need a wallet address from you — please double-check it, we can't recover funds sent to a wrong address.

Most withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours on working days. Larger amounts may take a bit longer because we run an extra security check — it's nothing personal, it's how we make sure your account hasn't been compromised.

We don't charge withdrawal fees. The blockchain network or your card processor may have their own fees, which are out of our hands.

Taxes on what you win are between you and your country's tax office — we don't deduct or report anything on your behalf unless the law in a specific place forces us to.

6. Boxes, prizes, and how it actually works

6.1 The roulette is just animation

When you press open, the result is decided in that exact moment — randomly, with each prize weighted by the percentage shown next to it. The spinning reel is purely visual; it's catching up to a result that already exists. Nothing about the spin can be changed once it starts.

6.2 What happens with your prize

Every prize lands in your inventory. You can sell it back for its cash value with one tap, or keep it and we'll arrange shipping. If you keep a physical item, we'll ask for the address to send it to.

6.3 If something glitches

If a spin gets interrupted by a network drop or our server hiccups, the result we recorded on the server is the one that counts — even if your screen showed something different. If a clear bug gives the wrong prize, we'll fix it and credit you for what you should have got.

7. Rewards and promo codes

From time to time we run promos — free boxes, deposit bonuses, leaderboard prize pools. The rules of each one are shown where the promo is offered. Some have minimum activity before a reward can be cashed out, and the specific terms always win over the general words here.

Anything that looks like an attempt to exploit a promo — multiple accounts, friends-helping-friends rings, abusing a glitch — will get the bonus pulled and may close the account. The promos are there so regular players have more fun, not as a money tap.

8. Play it like it's entertainment

Opening boxes is meant to be fun. It's not a way to make a living, and it shouldn't be a way to recover money you've lost elsewhere. If it stops feeling like entertainment, take a break.

You can set deposit limits or self-exclude yourself for a set period through your account. Self-exclusion can't be undone before the period ends — that's the point.

If you or someone close to you is struggling, please reach out to a service like GamCare or your local equivalent. Our support team can also help with self-exclusion or just talk things through.

9. Your data

The details on how we collect and use your data are in our Privacy Policy. The short version: we collect what we need to run the site, we don't sell it, and we protect it with the standard set of locks and encryption.

10. What we promise (and don't)

We work hard to keep the site running, fast and fair. But software has bad days, networks go down, and we can't promise the site will be up every second of every day. We're not liable for losses that come from things outside our control — a card provider freezing your funds, a hardware wallet you lost the seed phrase to, an internet outage in the middle of a spin.

What we do promise: the outcome of every spin is random and recorded; your balance and inventory are safe in our database; if we make a mistake we'll fix it.

11. Talking to us

Live chat in the bottom-right of any page is the fastest way. We read every message and reply as quickly as we can — usually within a few hours during the day. For anything formal or that needs a paper trail, ask support for an email and we'll route you to the right person.
